There were three main things that attracted me to 360HR Solutions. Firstly, the flexibility. As a single dad, working as an Independent Associate allows me to work at the location and times that suits me and my clients best. Secondly, I had heard great things about the team at 360HR Solutions. My career highlights include:
- My first placement as an Independent Associate at 360HR Solutions – placing senior management and full chef teams into a major international hotel chain.
- The turnaround of Bar Luca from a business on the brink of closure to a very successful and profitable business.
- Receiving the National Peak Sales Award from Fosters/CUB in my first year in the business whilst looking after one of the largest and most diverse territories in Australia.
The collaboration with the head office team and other Associates; either during organised meetings, informal catchups or social gatherings, have been the highlights so far working at 360HR Solutions. And, of course, making my first placement.
By far, the best things about working at 360HR Solutions are the teamwork and flexibility.
I joined 360HR Solutions as an Associate in January 2016 and it was the best decision I’ve ever made.Before 360HR Solutions, I was regularly placing candidates in contract and permanent roles but because I worked in a salaried position, I had no prospect of ever earning any relevant commissions.
To help me get started and to support my transition into my new role, 360HR Solutions’s Directors referred valuable opportunities to me. They also provided a warm and supportive work environment that included assistance in all business areas – they were always available to help, listen and provide advice. I also found the other Independent Associates were welcoming and supportive.
To provide my clients with a complete HR solution, the back-office support staff have been fantastic. All the staff are fully trained and highly experienced in admin, accounting, payroll and HR support.
360HR Solutions also has an excellent database that I can access from anywhere to support my business. Plus the admin team look after my contract candidates as if they were their own. The contracts and documentation are highly professional and easy to understand which minimises my paperwork and increases by business efficiencies.
360HR Solutions’s payment model is so generous I’ve already earned nearly twice what I was earning as a salaried employee and I am working my own hours without being tied to an office.
