The role:
- Sales based call centre role
- Follow up on enquiries
- Provide relevant and accurate information to the customer
- Understand customer’s objectives, buying decisions and assist in selecting the right products/services
- Maintain accurate and timely pipeline reporting
The candidate:
- Call Centre Professional with demonstrated experience in meeting and exceeding sales KPI’s in a high volume environment
- Ability to manage in a fast paced call centre
- Telephone sales experience – essential
- Superior customer service skills
- Exceptional communication skills, building rapport with customers
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills, and the ability to listen to the customer’s needs
- Working With Children Check is essential
- B2C call centre experience
