About Patrick:

Prior to joining 360HR Solutions, Patrick was a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and an award winning professional within the not-for-profit (NFP) sector gaining a wealth of experience, expertise and in-depth knowledge including the challenges of recruiting senior staff.

Patrick has 15 years of experience in senior positions for organisations that included CareFlight, Make-A-Wish Australia, Wheelchair Sports NSW & FSHD Global Research Foundation.

Having left the NFP industry, Patrick has recruited roles from Chief Executive Officer, General Manager to senior management positions including NFP Board members.

Patrick also consults at several NFP’s assisting with strategic planning, advising on how to implement plans and the recruitment of appropriate staff.
