About Richard:

Richard Stubbs is one of the founding members of the 360HR Solutions group and has spent the past 21 years successfully sourcing and selecting professional executives to satisfy the specific needs of large and small companies across Australia and New Zealand.

Although based in Sydney, Richard’s executive search networks and recruitment projects see him regularly sourcing and placing individuals in Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra, Darwin, North Queensland, New Zealand and naturally Sydney for his national and multinational clients.

The majority of his work relates to the office technology, consumer brands and industrial sectors with a primary focus on sales, sales management, business development and general management roles. As well as this, Richard facilitates a range of outplacement programs, “Downsizing with Dignity”.
